Last month Ryan’s school had some visits come and talk to the pre-kindergarten group out child safety. His school was invited to take part in the Child Safety Rally in Nashua. The rally to get to word out that child have rights too and speak out against all forms of child abuse. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.
Before we left for the rally Ryan and Mike were busy with yard clean-up!
I just love this time of year….the pollen and allergies are worth it
Then it was rally time!
The kids sat on the steps of City Hall and sang a song about their rights and then headed to the “Child Safety Tree” planted next to city hall to listen to a poem and collect their pin wheels. The mayor was supposed to read to the children but she didn’t make it.
The attendance from Ryan’s school was limited (attendance in general was limited) but Ryan’s best friend Quinn was by Ry’s side the whole time!

It’s hard to believe that another little boy has as much personality as Ryan!
