We have had a busy week!
I’ll start with a Buddy update:
For all those who were concerned about our dog after our hike earlier in the week…Buddy has fully recovered! His paws were pretty raw but a little bit of rest and he is back to his old ways.
This is what happens when Mike sends me to the grocery store!

Spring soccer has started!
We signed Ryan up for spring soccer with the Cobras again. At the moment he is in the intermediate academy but will have to practice a lot at home if he wants to stay in the group. The kids are a little older and better skilled than he is but I think he will hold his own pretty well. He was really excited because they do half an hour of drills and practice and then a half hour of scrimmage time or a “real soccer game” as Ryan calls it. He was also pretty excited to be goalie (although he let several balls go by him).
The week ended with Ryan teaching Dad how do be a good dentist…that’s right…Dr. Fill & Drill again!
Today…a little bit of yard work and then we are off to City Hall. Ryan’s school will be participating in the Child Safety Rally. They will be singing a song for the mayor and presenting her with pinwheels then doing a short walk down to the library. Pictures coming soon .
